The perfect companion for your castor oil wrap!
Our heat packs have been designed to fit inside the zip pocket of our Castor Oil waist wrap.

- Long-lasting Heat: Known for their excellent heat retention, lupins retain heat longer than traditional fillers like wheat or rice.
- Durable: Lupin heat packs have a long lifespan, as they won’t sweat when heated or develop a burnt smell over time.

Oven Heating:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Once the oven reaches temperature, turn it off.
- Place the heat pack on a baking tray and allow it to warm in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven with a tea towel.

Microwave Heating:
- Place the heat pack in the microwave and heat for 60 seconds.
- Carefully remove from the microwave with a tea towel and shake to distribute the heat evenly.
- If additional heat is needed, microwave in 20-second intervals to achieve the desired temperature.
