For Topical Use Only: Bergamont, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Patchouli, Tea Tree, Vetiver, Wild Oranges, Wintergreen, Ylang Ylang
- For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 mL carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 mL carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil.


For Food Flavouring: Grapefruit, Lemon, Lemongrass, Lime, Marjoram, Oregano, Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint, Tangerine (can also be applied to wrist and neck)
- Only use diluted. Take no more than one drop per day. Keep out of reach of children.


CINNAMON BARK
Aromatic use: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Dilute one drop essential oil to 10 drops carrier oil. See additional precautions below.

SANDALWOOD
Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid. See additional precautions below.

COPAIBA
- Add one to two drops to water, tea, or food.
- Diffuse aromatically to create a calming atmosphere (3 to 4 drops).
- Apply topically combined with a carrier oil or a facial moisturiser to promote the appearance of a clear, smooth complexion and to help reduce the appearance of blemishes. (1 to 2 drops)
