For Topical Use Only: Balance, Citrus Bliss, Easy Air, Elevation, Ice Blue, Peace
- For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 mL carrier oil. For the bath, mix 5 drops with 5 mL carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops of carrier oil.

For Food Flavouring: On Guard
- Only use diluted. Take no more than one drop per day. Keep out of reach of children.

LAVENDER PEACE
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.

Purify:
- Diffuse to provide a refreshing aroma to any room.
- Freshen smaller rooms (or a car) by placing a few drops on a cotton ball.
- Add 5 drops to a small spray bottle with water and use to wipe down countertops.
- Add a few drops to the rinse cycle when doing laundry to help freshen the aroma of the wash cycle.

ZENDOCRINE
- Add 1–2 drops to citrus drinks, teas, or water for a fresh flavour or food.
- Diffuse for clarity and clearing (three to four drops).
