1. Brush through hair and dampen with warm water
2. Shampoo the scalp, working strand by strand, and distribute throughout the hair, using about 5 ml per shampoo
3. Lightly massage scalp and lather shampoo by adding a little water at a time
4. Rinse out

If required, shampoo a second time as above
